1 full-color cookbook, signed by the author
Q- What is the book made out of?
The covers are cardboard, and the pages are a thick card-stock paper
Q - How many recipes are in the book?
21 total recipes: 8 entrees, 6 sides, 7 desserts
Q- What kind of recipes does the book have?
Quite a variety! Salmon, enchiladas, vegan burgers, salad, vegetables, cookies, pastas, chicken...
There are vegetarian options as well as vegan options
Q- What does the book look like?
The book is a petite square with one rounded corner & a ring binding for easy page flipping (pictures soon!)
Q- Besides the recipe, what else does the book include?
Each recipe includes a calorie count, wine pairings, serving suggestions. There is also a baking conversions page to help half or double recipes
Q- Where will it be available?
Currently you can pre-order through kickstarter.com (highly suggested!), after the fundraiser ends you will be able to purchase through amazon.com
Q- How many copies are available?
For our first print, we are creating 1000 copies

Q- What's the best recipe?
Tough question! If you're asking my boyfriend he'll say the enchiladas & guacamole. The cookies & cream cookies have never been turned down (and I mean by anyone, ever. They're delicious). But my personal favorite is the salmon & asparagus. There are too many combinations to choose from!
Q- Is there a recipe for lasagna?
No, there is not a lasagna recipe. But there is an italian casserole that's pretty close!
