gratitude

Thank you. 

I’ve said it so many times that it seems to have lost it’s value, but I don’t know how else to express the overwhelming gratitude I’m feeling as this fundraiser ends. 

The past 30 days have been 

exhausting. 

frustrating. annoying. 

exciting. thrilling. 

sleepless. 

fulfilling. 

emotional. 

I didn’t think I could raise over 10 thousand dollars to create this project. 

You proved me wrong. 

A year ago I had an idea. 

It started with solving a problem. 

In finding the solution, 

I’ve created a product. 

Over 180 people contributed to make this book possible. The support from friends, my incredible family, coworkers & the online community has been the most wonderful gift. 

Thank you for believing in me. 

Is it my life-long dream to make a cookbook? 

No, not really. 

But it is my dream to do awesome things with my life. 

And this is just one of them. 

So thank you for being a part of this incredible journey.
